FAQs

Q: How long does the Shipping take?

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail directly from the UK. Shipping time varies depending on your location.

UK: 1-3 business days
EU: 3-5 business days
US & International: 7-10 business days

Q: Do you have a physical store?

At this time we do not have a physical store, to offer the best prices possible in our online store.

Q: Is your packaging eco-friendly?

We use 100% eco-friendly bio-degradable plastic packaging. We found that this is the best way to protect your order from humidity and smells (compared to paper packaging).

Q: What does the "Satisfaction Guarantee" entail?

It means you either get fully refunded or a replacement item if you are no 100% satisfied with your received item up to 14 days after you received your order. We will never compromise on the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us at returns@roarlay.com if you are not 100% satisfied.

Q: What does "Made To Order" exactly mean and what are the benefits?

A: "Made On Order" means that a product is only created after an order was made, specifically for you. This has the huge benefit of reduced waste from unsold and subsequently trashed clothes. We have fast turn-around times, so this process only takes 3-5 days, after which your order is dispatched and shipped.

Q: I ordered the wrong size, what now?

A: We will not rest until you are 100% satisfied. Please contact us at returns@roarlay.com with your order number and we will work this out for you.

Q: I need to cancel my order.

A: We can offer you a full refund on your order up to 14 days after you received your order. Please contact us at returns@roarlay.com with your order number and we will work this out for you.

Q: Will the garments shrink in the wash?

A: The garments comply with the general performance standards in the clothing retail industry. Some shrinkage and twisting may occur after washing but will stay within the acceptable limits for dimensional stability performance. To minimize shrinking and twisting, it is recommended that the wash temperature does not exceed 40C in a standard or delicate washing cycle, and the garments are reshaped before drying on a line or flat. Hot washes and tumble drying is likely to affect the dimensional stability of the garments and may also cause fading of color. For the sake of protecting the environment, we say: wash at 30C or below, do not tumble dry, line dry and only iron when necessary.

Q: Where are your products manufactured?

A: Our textiles are manufactured ethically certified and powered by green energy in India. They are then sent in bulk to the UK, where we perform the final printing, quality control, and dispatching to our customers. Learn more at about us.
